FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst to partner with business and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead testing for critical systems. The role drives alignment between processes and software while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include configuring WMS (Manhattan/JDA/Red Prairie), participating in implementations, and ensuring SDLC-compliant documentation. Travel for projects is required and on-call support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in business applications analysis.
• Experience with WMS systems such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie; Oracle Transportation Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie.
• Participate in all phases of implementation and production support for business-critical systems.
• Gather requirements and design accurate, efficient solutions.
• Develop and execute test scripts based on documented requirements.
• Document requirements and solutions according to the business SDLC process.
• Support transition of new customer and development projects into operational activities.
• Travel for projects as required.
