Job summary

Sonic is seeking a Logistics Support specialist to join our Operations team in California. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on daily shipping/receiving, warehouse organization, and accurate data entry in our ERP systems to ensure smooth, reliable telecom logistics operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in warehouse ops and 3+ years in shipping/receiving with ERP exposure. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4+ years in general warehouse operations including stocking, loading/unloading, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
3+ years shipping/receiving experience with UPS, FedEx, and parcel carriers.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) for inventory and transactions.
Cycle counting and inventory accuracy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, validate, and sign for incoming deliveries including FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments.
Process Customer RMAs including check-ins, testing, disposition, and restocking.
Prepare, package, and ship orders per company requirements and carrier standards.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
Enter data into ERP systems and track receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
Use Jira-like workflows to manage tasks and communicate status updates.
Collaborate with Field Service, Purchasing, and Customer Care to provide excellent service.
Assist with RF-based picking in warehouses and yards.
