Job summary

Sonic is seeking a Logistics Support to join our Operations team in California. This hands-on role handles daily shipping/receiving, warehouse organization, and data entry in ERP systems to maintain accurate inventories and on-time shipments.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with Field Service, Purchasing, and Customer Care while delivering excellent service to internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in general warehouse operations, including stocking, loading/unloading, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
• Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience with UPS, FedEx, and parcel carriers.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Infor) for inventory and transaction processing.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and sign for incoming deliveries, including FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments.
• Process Customer RMA check-ins, testing, disposition, breakdown, and restocking activities.
• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in alignment with company requirements and carrier standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Accurately enter data into ERP systems, including receipts, shipments, inventory adjustments, and work order transactions.
• Use Jira-like workflow systems to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Field Service, Purchasing, Customer Care) and provide excellent customer service to external partners as needed.
• Picking orders using RF unit in warehouses, yards, and various storage environments
