Job summary

BWC Terminal Holdings LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support terminal operations, manage customer orders, and handle shipping documentation. You will learn OSOs across all modes, process paperwork, and ensure compliance with DOT and customer requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data entry accuracy, and proficiency in Excel and Word, with initial training and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic terminal operational activities related to Shipping/Receiving.
• Learn all OSOs (operations service orders) for all modes.
• Handle truck paperwork, including BOL's Creation, Order Entry, and Customer Order Requests.
• Complete data entry and billing creation tasks, including Closing Orders and Capturing Ancillary Charges.
• Work under the supervision of a trainer during the initial period with gradual progression to independent work.
• Apply knowledge of DOT/Shipping Requirements and Customer Handling Requirements.
