Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Must obtain a TWIC card.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle Shipping/Receiving related data entry and paperwork.
• Learn and process OSOs across transportation modes.
• Create BOLs, enter orders, and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with billing and reports.
• Provide backup support to other terminal functions.
• Answer calls and assist visitors professionally.
• Ensure DOT and customer handling requirements are followed.
