Job summary

BWC Terminals is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support terminal operations by handling customer orders, shipping documentation, and data entry. You’ll learn OSOs across all transportation modes, manage BOLs, and assist customers with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel preferred.
• TWIC card required or able to obtain.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, shipping documentation and data entry tasks.
• Learn OSOs (operations service orders) for all transportation modes.
• Handle truck paperwork including BOLs, order entry and customer requests.
• Perform data entry and billing tasks, including Closing Orders and charges.
• Communicate professionally with customers and visitors; assist with inquiries and order coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support terminal operations.
