Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist at our Corporate Office in Neenah, WI. This role provides administrative and operational support to the transportation team, entering load information into the TMS and monitoring shipment statuses.

You will communicate with carriers and escalate issues to ensure data integrity and shipment visibility. Responsibilities include creating loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups, verifying details, tendering loads, updating records, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a support/administrative role is preferred.
• Strong data entry and accuracy are essential.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and email the daily available load list to carrier network.
• Create loads in the TMS.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments via portals, phone, and email.
• Verify shipment details: pickup/delivery, rates, commodities, equipment, temp requirements, and instructions.
• Enter carrier and customer pricing and tender loads to carriers.
• Update shipment records and maintain load/rate documentation.
• Perform load status checks via email, text, or phone calls.
• Maintain visibility by contacting carriers for updates.
• Escalate scheduling, order discrepancies, or carrier service failures.
• Gather daily carrier tracking information and update systems.
• Collaborate with Transportation Coordinators for admin support.
• Strive to maintain high satisfaction with customers and carriers.
