Radwell International is seeking a proactive Logistics Support Associate to join our Shipping & Logistics team in Willingboro, NJ. This role serves as the primary liaison between Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service, handling shipment inquiries and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include managing the NJ inbox, updating customers on status, processing shipments, and maintaining ERP data in Prophet 21.
Qualificações
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in shipping/logistics or customer service preferred.
- ERP/shipping software experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Manage NJ shipping inbox and respond promptly.
- Provide shipment status, tracking updates, and delivery estimates.
- Process shipping requests and documentation.
- Create and track shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL platforms.
- Enter shipping data into Prophet 21 ERP.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Investigate delays, damages, and tracking discrepancies.
- File carrier claims and monitor resolution.
- Communicate proactively with customers on updates or changes.
- Maintain organized records of shipments and communications.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support additional logistics projects as assigned.
