Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Sales Support Order Entry specialist to join our on-site Customer Support Operations in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time, hourly position focuses on inbound customer calls for order placement and administrative support.

There is no outbound selling; you will work in a fast-paced call-center environment, entering and validating orders, updating customer data, and communicating by phone and email. Salary: $25/hr with bonus eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in order entry and call-center support.
• Ability to learn Radwell systems quickly.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls to place orders.
• Enter orders accurately into the order entry system.
• Validate and update customer information in P21.
• Confirm orders in writing via the P21 system.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Perform product and price maintenance in Radwell systems.
• Build new customer accounts in Radwell systems.
