Radwell International is seeking a proactive Logistics Support Associate to join our Shipping & Logistics team in Willingboro, NJ. This role serves as the primary liaison between Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service, handling shipment inquiries and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the NJ inbox, updating customers on status, processing shipments, and maintaining ERP data in Prophet 21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping/logistics or customer service preferred.
• ERP/shipping software experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage NJ shipping inbox and respond promptly.
• Provide shipment status, tracking updates, and delivery estimates.
• Process shipping requests and documentation.
• Create and track shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL platforms.
• Enter shipping data into Prophet 21 ERP.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Investigate delays, damages, and tracking discrepancies.
• File carrier claims and monitor resolution.
• Communicate proactively with customers on updates or changes.
• Maintain organized records of shipments and communications.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support additional logistics projects as assigned.

Radwell International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Support Associate to join our Shipping & Logistics team. This role serves as the primary liaison between Shipping, Sales, Customer Service, and customers, ensuring shipment-related inquiries are resolved quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive timely updates, shipments move efficiently through the process, and logistics-related issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the NJ shipping inbox, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Respond to customer and internal requests regarding shipment status, tracking updates, delivery estimates, and service upgrades
• Process manual shipping requests and required shipping documentation
• Create, process, and track shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping platforms
• Enter and maintain shipping information within the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve shipping issues and customer escalations
• Investigate delivery exceptions, shipment delays, damages, and tracking discrepancies
• File shipment claims with carriers and monitor resolution progress
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment updates, delays, or service changes
• Maintain organized records of tracking information, shipping documentation, and customer correspondence
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Support additional logistics and operational projects as assigned

• Familiarity with Prophet 21 (P21) ERP software is a plus
• Strong written communication skills with experience managing a high-volume inbox
• Ability to troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues effectively
• Experience with freight claims and carrier communications preferred
• Understanding of international shipping procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Prior shipping, logistics, customer service, order processing, or related experience preferred
• Experience working in a customer-facing or operational support role is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, shipping software, or transportation management systems is a plus

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This role is eligible for an end-of-year bonus based on individual and company performance.

Work Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm. Employees are expected to be logged in and ready to begin work at their scheduled start time. Overtime and time-off requests must be approved in advance by department leadership. Reliable attendance and adherence to company attendance policies are required.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment with regular interaction between Shipping, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams. Employees may occasionally enter warehouse or production areas in support of shipping activities and must follow all company safety requirements. Radwell identification badges and access cards must be worn at all times.
