Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Receiving Associate at 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046. The role involves photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment, supporting repair, return, and outsourced workflows while emphasizing accuracy and daily productivity.

Primary duties include staging and recording incoming units, identifying part numbers, scanning documents, and linking items to RMA/RGA records.

Responsibilities

• Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes.
• Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents.
• Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments.
• Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service.
• Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks.
• Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned.
