You will support the Material Master Data Governance function by creating material IDs used on purchase orders so materials can be accurately tracked end-to-end. This role involves gathering technical specifications, researching manufacturer part numbers, completing required forms, and submitting them for review and entry into SAP; the work often supports large projects

Position: Logistics Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour on W2

Location: Minneapolis MN or Henderson CO (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

You will support the Material Master Data Governance function by creating material IDs used on purchase orders so materials can be accurately tracked end-to-end. This involves gathering technical specifications, researching manufacturer part numbers, completing required forms, and submitting them for review and entry into SAP. The work often supports large projects involving hundreds of new material IDs for power plants, wind farms, and solar farms.

Key Requirements

• Strong research skills and ability to gather/validate technical specifications
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer and internet research skills
• Experience with materials, inventory, warehouse operations, or supply chain preferred
• Excel skills (sorting, VLOOKUP); SAP experience is a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with requestors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
