Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, seeks a Logistics Supply Chain Project Manager to drive the delivery of supply chain improvement initiatives within the BridgeNet 4PL program. You will own governance, coordinate across Control Tower and client teams, and translate strategic opportunities into executable project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in supply chain operations, logistics management, or project delivery with CI/transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of freight management, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Proven project management skills with end-to-end delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project governance and task management for assigned supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, resources, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across Control Tower, technology, procurement, and client workgroups for timely delivery.
• Track and report project progress to leadership with updated status reports and RAID logs.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, working meetings, and tollgate reviews.
• Support value realization tracking with savings registers and KPI frameworks.
• Identify and escalate risks to delivery including data availability gaps and resource constraints.
• Partner with Supply Chain Engineers on analytical workstreams, data gathering, and baseline development.
