Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, seeks a Logistics Supply Chain Project Manager in Houston to drive supply chain improvement initiatives within the BridgeNet 4PL program. You will own governance, coordinate across teams, and translate strategic opportunities into executable plans.

The role requires 5–8 years in supply chain or project delivery, with a Bachelor's degree and strong PM and analytics skills. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing supply chain improvement or transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain operations including freight management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Own project governance and task management for supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with Control Tower, technology, procurement, and client workgroups to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report project progress with status reports, RAID logs, and action item trackers.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, working meetings, and tollgate reviews.
• Support value realization by maintaining savings registers and KPI frameworks.
