Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking a Logistics Supply Chain Engineer in Houston to lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across freight optimization, inventory management, and supplier performance. You will work with Control Tower teams and client stakeholders to deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements.

You will analyze baselines, design solutions, and track benefits while contributing to program-wide CI methodology and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

3–6 years in supply chain analysis, logistics engineering, or CI roles with ownership of projects from analysis to implementation.
Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field is required.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and basic statistical analysis for supply chain applications.

Responsibilities

Lead small-to-medium CI projects from opportunity through value realization.
Build project baselines using data from TMS/ERP/visibility platforms.
Develop and present recommendations for freight optimization, inventory planning, and network efficiency.
Create and maintain business cases, implementation plans, KPI frameworks, and benefit trackers.
Collaborate with Control Tower teams and supplier contacts to implement changes.
