Qualifications

• 3–7 years of logistics-related experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience communicating effectively at all levels.
• Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, shipping, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to establish and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, shipping, receiving, and materials to meet customer deliverables.
• Lead team with SMART goals and KPIs.
• Ensure onboarding and training; enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop standards and lean practices with the Plant GM.
