Job summary

U.S. Engineering Metalworks is hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics, shipping, receiving, and materials required to meet customer deliverables. You will provide direct leadership, establish SMART goals and KPIs, and collaborate across teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires 3–7 years of related experience, a B.S. degree preferred, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capability in building high-performance individuals/teams.
• Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, shipping, and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing.
• Experience communicating effectively at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and influence and determine effective corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, shipping, receiving activities and materials to meet customer deliverables.
• Establish best practices for logistics functions and understand customer expectations to maintain quality.
• Provide direct leadership and set SMART goals and KPIs for logistics and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet continuous improvement goals in safety, productivity, quality and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper inventory levels; manage communications with team and customers.
