Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators to keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving for U.S. companies. You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory records.

NeoWork is a global staffing partner that embeds remote teams in client operations. The role is remote from the Philippines with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment and exposure to U.S. carriers and 3PLs.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume, multi-system work.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
• Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records across portals and systems.
