Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC’s Saint Paul location seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards. You will drive efficiency and ensure timely fulfillment across our network.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/logistics, leadership experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience and ability to obtain certifications.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.
• Lead warehouse associates, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Review and approve timecards, PTO requests, and payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely customer service.
• Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
