Job summary

WK Kellogg Co in Memphis, TN is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with production priorities. You will coach and develop staff, manage shifts, oversee AGVs, and partner with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to meet safety, service, and productivity goals.

The role is scheduled for 45 hours per week, primarily on 3rd shift (10:30PM - 7:30AM), with flexibility for business needs and travel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and execution.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and fast‑paced decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with employees at all levels and adapt quickly to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing environment.
• Direct daily logistics and warehouse activities to meet priorities and performance goals.
• Provide direction on shifts and ensure safe, efficient execution of operations.
• Manage work assignments and staffing to maximize team effectiveness.
• Oversee AGVs operations, ensuring equipment reliability and continuity.
• Use root cause analysis to resolve safety, service, quality, or productivity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to meet objectives.
• Support food safety, employee safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries, storage, and material movement to support plant operations.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve performance and long-term objectives.
