Job summary

National Distribution & Contracting is seeking a Night Shift Logistics Supervisor to lead Picking, Packing, Receiving and Shipping in our Tennessee distribution center. You will guide approximately 45 employees, design workflows, monitor inventory, and implement efficient WMS rules to keep stock accurate and processes smooth.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and PC literacy, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team is required.
• Strong people skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• PC literacy and familiarity with distribution software.
• HAZMAT training desired; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift Picking, Packing, Receiving and Shipping.
• Lead ~45 employees and design productive workflows.
• Monitor inventory movements and reduce shrinkage.
• Configure WMS rules to optimize inventory flow.
• Prepare reports from WMS/ERP/TMS data sources.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, IT and Customer Service.
• Manage damaged shipments and lot-control information.
• Handle employee relations and safety trainings.
