Job summary

You will coordinate with Production, Assembly, Quality, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to maintain smooth material flow and accurate records. The role requires 2+ years in supply chain and 1+ year of leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving, with range access and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in warehouse/logistics and 1+ year of leadership.
• Must have range access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
• Skilled in operating forklifts and machinery.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, packing and order fulfillment operations.
• Maintain put away, cycle counts, and on-time receipts; ensure timely data entries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy above 99% across sub locations.
• Assign work to optimize costs, accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain appropriate labor levels and enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance; ensure training docs are up-to-date.
• Ensure vendor interactions comply with OSHA, EPA, and regulations; uphold quality and accountability.
• Lead safety initiatives and 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Analyze problems and coordinate corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects and sustain 5S standards.
