Ferrellgas is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage daily routing, scheduling, and delivery operations for our Eugene, OR service center. You will drive performance improvements, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to optimize assets and costs while maintaining safety and exceptional customer service.

The role requires collaboration with drivers and operations managers, a focus on data-driven decisions, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment; weekend hours may be required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor delivery and service operations to optimize resources.
Route planning and dispatch to meet forecasted demand.
Collaborate to improve forecasting data and planning accuracy.
Support cost efficiency and asset utilization in the service center.
Ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.
Coordinate scheduling and performance metrics across teams.
