Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Logistics Process & Inventory Control to lead the Logistics Coordinator team in our New Hampshire operations.

You will analyze data to improve inventory stocking, lean processes, and order fulfillment while ensuring world-class accuracy. You will mentor staff, maintain standard work, and partner with Quality, IT, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; 3+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing/warehouse; 1+ year in leading a team.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of WMS including Oracle EBS preferred; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Clear, concise communication to others, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Review historical data and forecasts to strategically assign materials for value, size, and velocity of picking.
• Analyze velocity and volume to improve picking labor efficiency, speed, and flow of goods.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and document control duties across departments.
• Lead training, mentoring, and development of new hires; maintain latest revision levels of procedures.
