Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain within manufacturing or warehouse settings, with a focus on lean processes and standard work maintenance. 75% hands-on supervision, 25% oversight.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting; 1+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Review historical data and forecasts to assign materials by value, size, and velocity.
• Analyze velocity and volume to improve picking efficiency and throughput.
• Lead and maintain documented standard work and revision levels.
• Coach and mentor employees; lead continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure safety, ISO procedures, and 5S workplace organization.
