Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift performance.
• Monitor KPI and coach staff to meet objectives.
• Maintain positive labor relations and ensure health and safety adherence.
