Job summary

SNC is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage all logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective contract execution and depot support. You will interface with customers, address their logistics requests, and develop comprehensive training programs for staff.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed to support operations and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience managing logistics operations and supervising a team.
Experience with logistics/warehouse systems.
Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all logistics operations, ensuring timely contract execution.
Interface with customers, addressing logistics requests and providing support.
Develop and execute customer training programs and materials.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Requires working majority of hours on a computer.
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Travel may be required to support logistics operations and customer needs.
