Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations;
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI; monitor progress towards objectives and coach staff.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations; communicate progress and issues.
