Solution One Industries is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for our client site in Williamsburg, VA. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse activities, ensure contractual compliance, and lead a team to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years in medical logistics/warehouse operations, a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills. Work hours are 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of experience in medical logistics and warehouse management operations
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and program oversight to ensure successful contract execution.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, safety and process adherence, and KPI monitoring.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program personnel; coordinate hiring and training as needed.
