Job summary

Solution One Industries seeks a Production Lead at our client site in Williamsburg, VA. You will oversee warehouse support for EXMEDS, handling receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory using DMLSS/HIMS or equivalent systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years in logistics or medical warehouse ops, and a valid driver’s license. You will work in an austere environment with PPE and safety protocols daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience using DMLSS or equivalent military logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing, and inventory of medical materials and equipment.
• Maintain documentation and perform QA on transaction records in the DoD systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Support disposal and re-supply processes and maintain accurate stock levels.
