Job summary

Solution One Industries Inc. seeks a Production Lead at our Williamsburg, VA site to manage warehouse support for the EXMED mission. You will supervise receiving, storage, packing, and inventory using DMLSS and related systems, while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics/medical warehouse operations, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in English. On-site work with full benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, stowing, picking, packing and inventory control for EXMED materials.
• Perform quality control on transactions and document maintenance.
• Utilize DMLSS or equivalent system for records and stock management.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage and adherence to government procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness in austere environments.
