Job summary

Solution One is seeking a Sustainment Lead at our Williamsburg, VA site to oversee warehouse support activities for EXMEDS under DoD logistics programs. You will manage receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and inventory, ensuring accuracy in DMLSS/HIMS coding and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with PPE readiness, strong communication, and the ability to work in austere environments, supporting fast-paced missions with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

Experience in general supply activities and inventory management.
Must operate warehouse equipment and wear PPE.
Proficient with DMLSS or DoD systems.

Responsibilities

Be proficient in the use of the DMLSS, HIMS or other authorized database of record for routine processes.
Provide warehouse support pertaining to warehouse logistics including receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing and inventory tasks.
Perform inventory control and documentation of supply stock; adjust stock levels as directed.
Perform PPP&C (Pick, Pack, Preserve and Crate) for EXMEDS shipments and maintain proper packing.
