Job summary

Solution One Industries in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate warehouse logistics for EXMEDS and to support the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command mission.

The role requires proficiency with DMLSS/HIMS, inventory control, packing, shipping, and accurate documentation in line with DoD procedures. You will ensure safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced, essential operation.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience shall include general supply activities, including ordering, receiving, inventory management and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in the use of the DMLSS, HIMS or other authorized database of record for routine processes.
• Provide warehouse support pertaining to warehouse logistics including receiving, shipping, storing, picking, packing, or unpacking and inventory.
• Performs inventory and documentation of supply stock utilizing DMLSS or other military database of record.
• Review stock and re-supply medical logistics items and manage outdated items.
• Perform quality control on transaction records and file documents appropriately.
• Research quality assurance messages utilizing DMLSS or other military database of record.
• Perform receiving duties including verification against documentation and reporting variances.
• Maintain secure storage and handling, including PPE and safety procedures.
• Assist with annual inventories, location surveys and physical inventory tasks.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as required.
• Pack, crate and prepare items for shipping with standard materials.
