Qualifications

• 1-5 years Supervisory or leadership experience.
• 2-4 years in logistics field preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED strongly preferred, or commensurate work experience.
• Valid State driver’s license with driving record that meets Quest Driver's Safety requirements (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations and workflow to meet Turn-around Time requirements.
• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of department staff.
• Develop and administer Standard Operating Procedures and budgets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality assurance across the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate with employees regularly.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and performance records.
