Job summary

Mallard Creek Polymers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a qualified Logistics Supervisor to lead day-to-day distribution center and transportation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

You will supervise logistics coordinators, DC personnel, and OTR drivers, develop staffing plans, monitor performance, and drive safety, process improvements, and collaboration with planning, production, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution center activities.
• Coordinate outbound/inbound shipments and fleet utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Support API integrations and transportation software implementations.
