Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our distribution network, with salary ranges reflecting national markets. The role oversees warehouses, drives process improvements, and leads a frontline team across multiple sites including Newville, Carlisle, Palmyra, Annville and Mechanicsburg.

You will coach and develop associates, ensure safety compliance, monitor KPIs, and report performance while fostering teamwork and a culture of excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support to build an inclusive culture.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to align and improve operations.
