• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and coach the team to meet objectives.
• Maintain health, safety and security initiatives and positive labor relations.
