Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customer in all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress and coach performance.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Address performance problems and disciplinary actions.
• Implement health, safety and security initiatives.
