Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, performance evaluations, and ongoing employee feedback.
• Developing direct and indirect reports with HR training and coaching.
• Creating and improving location processes; cross-training CLS and CLC.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, KPI tracking, and staff training.
• SOX invoice reconciliation and revenue recognition support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
