Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Plainfield, IN area on the 2nd shift (Outbound). You will oversee transportation and customs processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations while delivering excellent service to customers.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements. A strong background in logistics, supervisory roles, and ITAR/Export knowledge is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, four years related experience and supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Provide responsible supervision and control for all departmental activities and staff.
• Oversee shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Compute duties, tariffs, and weight/volume of imported/exported goods.
• Establish and revise policies for customs clearance operations as required.
• Identify process improvements through team performance audits and client reviews.
