Job Title: Logistics Supervisor Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Phoenix facility. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supporting field operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily logistics operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
* Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
* Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory using warehouse systems.
* Coordinate material staging, cleaning, and screening processes for equipment such as converters and network hardware.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting and procurement planning.
* Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
* Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed; ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
* Support local deliveries and transportation of materials using company vehicles.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate material availability for field operations.
Required Qualifications
* Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and basic computer applications.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts and company vehicles safely.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in telecom, utilities, or field service logistics environments.
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
