Job summary

Artec 3D in California is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. You will oversee shipping, inventory, and coordination between sales, support, and our European offices to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves handling UPS/FedEx shipments, weekly inventory counts, customs docs, repair logistics, and support across departments. You will maintain shipment spreadsheets, organize trade-show logistics, and travel to freight forwarders when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing and packing documents for UPS and FedEx.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Respond to shipping complaints, track lost items, and manage damages.
• Receive product shipments from European office and verify serialized items.
• Maintain weekly inventory counts for serialized and non-serialized products.
