Job summary

Bruker is seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator for our Santa Barbara, CA facility. You will manage inventory, process orders in SAP, and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.

The role requires familiarity with warehouse operations and export regulations, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Primary responsibilities include packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to analyze issues and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records.
• Knowledge of export compliance regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in inventory software, databases and systems (SAP).
• Analyze, process and prepare orders for delivery in SAP to Domestic and International destinations.
• Review, pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process orders for shipment in standard courier systems (FedEx, UPS).
• Select carriers/forwarders and prepare documents for freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers, freight forwarders and other functions to ensure on-time shipment.
