Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of shipping standards including domestic and international shipments.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including occasionally moving products in warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying packing lists, quantities, purchase orders, and shipment documentation.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and drivers.
• ERP experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices, ensuring correct quantities, quality and documentation.
• Shipping: Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and on time, coordinating with carriers and maintaining shipping records.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, update inventory systems in the ERP, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area; operate material handling equipment when required.
• Process improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy.
• Communication: Communicate with internal teams and logistics suppliers regarding discrepancies to resolve shipping issues, track deliveries, and ensure timely service.
• Organization: Keep all areas responsible organized and clean, ensuring a safe environment.
• Prepare, kit, and release materials for production.
• Accurately file paperwork related to inventory transactions.
• Support daily Cycle Counting tasks.
• Work with IQC team releasing Direct materials in the inspection area.
• Support Accounts Payable and Purchasing with the invoice reconciliation process.
• Investigate root causes related to receiving transaction errors and take corrective actions.
• Occasionally order shipping supplies.
