Job summary

EOTECH LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory Clerk. You will manage inbound/outbound logistics, verify shipments against packing slips, and maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system.

This on-site role requires multitasking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will coordinate with carriers, perform cycle counting, and support Accounts Payable with invoice reconciliation to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift equipment when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against PO and invoices.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders; maintain shipping records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory in ERP.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve shipping issues.
• Support accounts payable and purchasing with invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
