Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve shipment issues. The role supports process improvements, freight claims, and audits to ensure a safe, organized operation.

Primary responsibilities evolve as we approach the 2027 production start date, with focus on balancing workloads, discrepancy resolution, and alignment

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• Preferred: Associates or better in Supply Chain.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with MRP systems and warehousing software preferred (SAP).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance inbound/outbound workload.
• Document discrepancies; drive root-cause analysis.
• Ensure alignment with procurement/planning on material availability and shipment priorities.
• Develop processes for the position.
• Ensure receipts, inventory records and system balance accuracy.
• Regular review of processes for continuous improvement.
• Support inventory reconciliation activities and dock audits.
