Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Inventory Tracking Systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound email communications related to truck scheduling
• Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PL’s to schedule outbound freight
• Support the Warehouse Lead with daily operational activities and administrative needs
• Maintain and update inventory records for all incoming and outgoing freight
• Prepare and update weekly reports and presentations for the customer
• Track and communicate delivery and shipment statuses to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes for warehouse coordination and reporting
• Aid in ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols within the warehouse
