Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, support inventory records, and partner with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve shipment issues as the Cedar Rapids facility moves toward production start in 2027.

The role emphasizes process improvement, freight claims and audits, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment, with on-site health plans and education support to help employees thrive.

Qualifications

• MRP/warehousing experience (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Balance inbound/outbound workload and coordinate shipments.
• Document discrepancies; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage inbound freight claims and audits.
• Ensure inventory records and system balance accuracy.
• Align with procurement and planning on material availability and priorities.
• Develop processes for the position and improve workflows.
• Support dock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a SAFE & CLEAN work environment.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
