Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage outbound and inbound shipments for a high-mix, hardware-focused facility in Pittsburgh. You will ensure fast intake, accurate cataloging, rapid internal delivery, and precise logistics tracking to keep stakeholders informed of goods movements.

The role requires 3+ years in shipping/receiving or inventory control, proficiency with ERP systems and shipping platforms, and the ability to work onsite at our Pittsburgh office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping, receiving, or inventory control in hardware/electronics/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with inventory ERP systems, barcoding software, and shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound shipments, including packing, labeling and carrier coordination.
• Track shipments and update internal stakeholders; prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of bills of lading and invoices.
• Log and tag incoming high-value equipment and ensure proper asset management records.
