Persona AI Inc is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Houston, TX to manage inbound and outbound parts, robots, and prototypes. You will verify shipments, enter data into ERP, and coordinate with engineers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, preparing export paperwork, and maintaining accurate stock. The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of shipping/receiving or logistics experience on manufacturing/engineering projects.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems and standard office tools.
• Familiarity with carrier platforms and freight/LTL shipping.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; organized and proactive.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming shipments, verify against PO and packing slips, inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Log items in inventory or ERP and route to the appropriate team.
• Pick, pack, crate, and label outbound shipments including robots and parts.
• Prepare shipping docs (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, export paperwork).
• Coordinate pickups with carriers; track shipments and resolve delays or damage claims.
• Maintain inventory via cycle counts and organized storage.
• Flag shortages and incorrect deliveries with Procurement and Engineering.
• Operate in a warehouse and robotics lab with PPE as required.
